As we specialise in custom making dresses do we not keep stock for fittings, we do have some sample dresses for you to see the quality of workmanship and materials. 

We also do have colour swatches in most of the fabrics for you to see and touch. 

As we specialises in custom making dresses from a picture - Will there be a slight difference between the original and your dress

1) Lace will not be exactly the same however we will find as close as possible to the original - You will get to see the lace before we process as a lot of the times clients prefer a different lace to the original - Therefore the pictures of the lace will be sent to you for approval. 

2) Sizing will make a difference 

3) Any changes to the original design / Changing of neckline or skirt will have an effect on the outcome - This will also be discussed with you prior to processing 

4) Taking in consideration your skin colour that would be matches as well as your choice of colour.

We have far over a 100 colours to choose from - It all depends on the style on which fabric will be used. You are welcome to click on the Menu Bar - Under Charts and view the different colour options. 

If you are in Cape Town you are also welcome to set up an appointment to view these charts in person. Please take note that colours might have a slight difference due to light as per the original. 

As we specialise in custom making dresses do we take your requirements and measurements in consideration. If your dress is stock standard as per the picture with no changes will the price be as advertised. 

If the client want to combine a dress - for instance the bodice of one with the skirt of another - Will there be a slight difference, as we have to make sure all works together. 

Additionally you would have to add R180 for a garment protective bag - If you want one, which we highly recommend, a garter and a veil if you do wish to have one. 

We are with you right till the end. If you gained or lost weight between the day we took your measurements and the day of your wedding will we alter it again to suit our body - This will be quoted additionally at your 1st fitting. 

Please also note - Gaining or losing weight will effect the length of your dress and this would also have to be taken in consideration. Please make sure you have the shoe or at least a shoe of a similar height when coming for your measurements/ consult. 

As each dress is custom made to the clients measurements and requirements do we not offer a return policy. We send you an order confirmation showing all info/measurements etc before the dress will be processed. If you are unsure of anything please do so before the order is processed. Once the order has been processed can we not change  the style/design and or colour. 

We will not just let you hanging - Your dress will go through a quality check, colour confirmation etc before we schedule your fitting or courier your dress to you. 

Please ensure you are happy with the style/colour before proceeding as we cannot take responsibility for a change of heart - We do however take responsibility of quality of workmanships and material - And if by some sort of disaster made a mistake (We are human afterall) will we remake the same garment/colour as per the original order confirmation 

Please note we work on appointments only - I do not even attend to whatsapp or calls during a consultation. This is your time to discuss all requirements and measurements.

Yes we do - We charge a R100 consultation to see exactly what needs to happen etc. Once the consultation is done will we send you a quotation on the work - And if you happy will we continue. 

Unfortunately we are not able to give you a quote via a picture on whatsapp/email - As i would need to see how to get in, what needs to be removed, are there beading/lace that needs to be removed and placed back etc.

Yes we do - We offer cleaning/ Stain Removal as well as fixing of the dress after your wedding - Even if the dress was not done by Bride-Zilla

Your dress will also be steamed after the cleaning. Please note - If only cleaning was booked will no fixing be done - This is not a standard service. 

Infinity - 2 to 3 weeks MAX depending on how busy the production line is 

Wedding / Evening / Bridesmaids etc - 8 to 12 weeks - Also depending on the production line 

These timelines are for production only and does not include the timeframe for fitting and alterations. Allow an additional 2 weeks for any alterations that is needed. 

PLEASE TAKE NOTE: From June to Oct is crazy season time - As we also have a lot of Matric Farewell Dresses in production. Please allow enough time for your dress. We will not be doing any rush orders on lace dresses during this time - As quality is more important than a sale. 

Yes we can custom make most dresses as long as i have a picture of the dress - We do not work on "Drawings" from a client because of the fact that what you see (In your head) and what actually needs to happen are two different things. You are more than welcome to combine dresses - Like bodice of one and skirt of another or front of this with back of that - They just have to work together.

Our main business model says NO - However we have found at late that a lot of clients come for a consultation - Just to get their measurements for free to use for online purchases. As your measurements are done professionally and it is our time that gets wasted to do a whole consultation just for the measurements to be used for someone else. 

With that in mind have we added the R100 consultation fee - If you proceed with your order do we deduct the R100 off your invoice. If not unfortunately you lost your R100 consultation fee. 

You are welcome to use your measurements however you see fit.. HOWEVER Bride-Zilla will not be held responsible if you used our measurements with another company. We take measurements according to our pattern making process etc. We will not be held responsible if you used the measurements and your garment doesn't fit with a company outside of Bride-Zilla. 

As we do not have "Storing" facilities or a big warehouse are we unable to store your dress till your new date. Once your dress is done you would have to take it with you - If you wish to do a fitting closer to your new date are you welcome to come back for a fitting again and if any alterations are needed will we quote accordingly. 

Unfortunately we do not have the space nor do we have the insurance to keep masses of dresses by us. 

Unfortunately not, all our dresses are custom made by order and therefore we do not keep stock of any dresses for fittings. Most of our dresses get made overseas and we have a solid track record with more than 5000 dresses delivered to our brides internationally. We have clients in South Africa and neighbouring countries as well as clients as far as Japan, Brazil & Australia. We do however have sample dresses to show you quality of workmanship and material. You are more than welcome to set up an appointment to view these dresses and we can discuss all your requirements.
